Agent Experience
The existing agent experience is a complex mix of manual checking of documents over multiple applications and email delivery. The application was designed so that agents would get a personalized view of the application tasks with all documentation and details viewable within the core experience.
Depending on agent credentials, the agent is able to readily find applications, review tasks in a guided flow, and complete their application review.
