VELOCITY LOANS

Project Kick-off

A strategic initiative sought to introduce a new vision for the consumer loan experience. Utilizing modern data management technology and a modular design, all aspects loan origination could deliver a powerful experience more efficiently.

Persona Creation

Using survey results and individual interviews as input, a sense of typical users was developed. Personas, representations of a product’s or service’s typical customers, were created by refining and compiling user research into one or more depictive individuals.

Journey Map

The path a user takes to complete a task, from their entry point through a set of steps toward a successful outcome and final action.

Customer Experience

The loan application is required to be customized to meet various user flows depending on loan type and client specific needs.

Agent Experience

The existing agent experience is a complex mix of manual checking of documents over multiple applications and email delivery. The application was designed so that agents would get a personalized view of the application tasks with all documentation and details viewable within the core experience.

Development Progress

Development Epics and Stories are created in collaboration with design. As development tasks are worked, design worked closely with developers and project managers to ensure that user experience was developed as intended.
