Customer Experience
The loan application is required to be customized to meet various user flows depending on loan type and client specific needs.
Using a login registration with minimal application screens, the user is taken to their portal to complete application tasks. Tasks include: uploading documentation, selection of loan options, and legal acknowledgments. The tasks were designed that the users could quickly see what tasks were ready and which were completed. Easy access to documents and application details was core to the design. All screens were designed to be responsive to mobile device viewing.
