The path a user takes to complete a task, from their entry point through a set of steps toward a successful outcome and final action.

High-level diagrams illustrate the various paths a user can follow. They help map out all the steps in a user’s process, identifying areas where we can streamline content and highlighting entry points, critical decision points, and dead ends.
