Persona Creation

Using survey results and individual interviews as input, a sense of typical users was developed. Personas, representations of a product’s or service’s typical customers, were created by refining and compiling user research into one or more depictive individuals.

1. Identify the most common user needs via surveys and interviews.
2. Determine pain points and opportunities.
3. Identify segments based on responses.
4. Develop archetypical representations of users to guide solution strategy and development.
